1.3. Processing of personal data of shareholders, beneficiaries, management bodies, other bodies and their members for the purposes of internal management and the fulfillment of legal obligations

When administering an account, the MV GROUP group of companies or the Company which belongs to it selects the appropriate settings, considering the target audience and the objectives of the management and promotion of the activity. The administrator of the social network may have limited the ability to change certain settings by providing the opportunity to create an account, and thus we cannot influence what information the administrator of the social network will collect about you.

Generally, the administrator of the social network processes your personal data for the purposes determined by the administrator of the social network, based on the privacy policy of the administrator of the social network. However, when you use the social network, communicate with the MV GROUP group of companies or the Company which belongs to it on the social network, visit the account on the social network or follow posts on it, the Company receives information about you. 2. Where do we receive personal data from and in what cases do we transfer your personal data?

4. How long do we keep personal data?

We store personal data for no longer than is required by the purposes of data processing or provided for by legislation, if they provide for a longer storage period. Personal data may be stored longer than indicated, if this is provided for in legislation or when it is necessary for the company to defend itself against demands, claims or lawsuits brought against it, as well as when personal data is needed for an investigation or as evidence in a civil, administrative or criminal proceedings.
