MV Poland sp. z. o o, a distribution company belonging to one of the largest business groups in the Baltic States – MV GROUP, has a new CEO – on March 1st, this position will be taken up by Donatas Zykus. Zykus replaces Arūnas Rokas, who has managed the Polish company for 9 years.

According to MV GROUP CEO Marijus Cilcius, the main task of the new MV Poland CEO is a positive breakthrough in operating results and sustainable growth of the company, while paying even more attention to improving the quality of distribution services, employee competencies and ensuring quality experience of partners and customers.

“Control of MV Poland will be taken over by an ambitious manager, whose modern approach and ability to develop new projects will, we believe, allow us to achieve our goals and ensure the company’s sustainable growth. I am convinced that thanks to new ideas, consistent work and team focus, the company will be able to overcome the current challenges, improve results and further strengthen its‘ position in the Polish market” says Cilcius, CEO of MV GROUP.

Taking over the position of the Head of MV Poland and striving to achieve the set goals, Donatas Zykus considers purposeful teamwork based on continuous improvement, mutual respect and support to be one of the most important priorities.

The new Head of the Polish company has been working in MV GROUP since 2016. For the past few years, Zykus has been the Head of E-Commerce for the Baltic States and was responsible for the business development of the global coffee brand Nespresso in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.

Under the leadership of Zykus, the Nespresso Baltics team was formed, e-commerce of coffee capsules and devices was launched, Nespresso boutiques were opened, brand awareness and performance showed rapid and stable growth.
