MV GROUP Academy
Learning from books is good, hands-on experience is better, but it’s best to have a mentor to guide you. That’s why we enable our experienced team to share their knowledge within our company through the MV GROUP Academy. Our courses are led by top professionals in the field. We teach and learn programmes ranging from the introduction of different beverage categories to the development of professional competencies, alongside other training programs.
Events That Shape Our Team Spirit
Knowing how to party is part of our job at MV GROUP, and we take it as seriously as hitting our KPIs. We refresh every summer at our traditional Mineraliada where we wrap up each year with a grand employee award ceremony, the MV GROUP Awards. There are plenty of in-betweens, like company birthdays (we’ve got a few!), celebrations based on our shared values, and various occasional gatherings whenever we find an occasion.
